If the notifications are not triggered, it may be because your device's system is blocking them for battery saving.
Go to this page to have the instructions to solve the issue.
If the problem persists, reactivate the notifications from the app's settings, by clicking on the section Notifications > Reactivate the notifications.
To activate the prayer times in the app, go to the Parameters, and then click on the Prayer Times section.
Click on Choose Location to select your city (manually or by GPS).
The prayer times will then be activated !
If the prayer times are not accurate, you can try to enable Auto settings (if available). If the Auto settings are not available, or provide wrong prayer times, you can adjust the prayer times manually from the settings by adding/removing minutes.
The prayer notifications alarms can be individually parameterized, to do so, click on the little icon at the right of each salat in the prayer screen, and select the alarm (default notification, silent, disabled, adhans or short adhan).
You can disable the app's notifications, by doing this :
- For the prayer notifications, go to the prayers screen, and click on the little icon in front of each prayer for which you want to disable the notification, and select None.
- For the supplications notifications (morning, evening, night, al-hamdulillah and prophet salat), go to the app's settings, click on Supplication reminders and uncheck the notifications you want to disable.
- For the notes notifications, click on the switch on the notes you want to disable.
By default, the audio is cached for offline playback. To save an audio in your device's cache, read the audio the first time with internet connection, it will be cached and you can then play it offline. The audio will be cached and accessible for offline playback until you free your device's cache.
When the device's screen gets locked, the audio playback can stop. To prevent this, you have 3 solutions :
1. Prevent the screen from locking when the audio is playing.
2. Activate the option to keep the screen on in the audio playback. To do this, go to the app's settings, in the section Audio and check the option Audio play.
3. Play the audio from the supplication's detailed view (accessible when you click on a supplication). In this view, the audio playback doesn't stop even if the device's screen gets locked.
If the Hijri date is incorrect, you can correct it from the app's settings. Go to the Hijri Date and click on the Date correction to add or subtract days.
If the compass is not working, it may be because your device's compass is not calibrated. To recalibrate it, open the Qibla screen and spin your device in a "8" figure pattern.
If the compass is moving abnormally, try to recalibrate it by moving your device in a "8" pattern, and keep it away from metallic objects.
You can enable translations for the supplications from the app's settings: go the settings, and in the Supplications section, click on Translation to choose a language for translation.
You can change the texts size from the app's settings, in the Supplications section, click on Arabic Supplication text size or Translation text size to change the arabic text size or the translation and transliteration text sizes respectively.
You can share a supplication by clicking on the share icon or Facebook icon (if available) at the top of the supplication.
